In de afgelopen vijftien jaar kiezen professionals binnen de studie- en beroepskeuzebegeleiding in toenemende mate voor een benadering waarin ‘zelfsturing’ meer centraal staat. De rol van de leerling zou daarin niet meer passief (informatieverwerkend) maar actief (lerend) zijn. Om tot werkelijke resultaten te komen moet er echter meer veranderen dan alleen inzichten.
